Heartland Career Partners (HCP) is a successful and growing regionally-based Career Transition Firm with nearly a decade of professional career development experience. We offer career management services to individuals and organizations. Heartland Career Partners currently operates full-service offices in two locations in the Midwest: Des Moines, Iowa and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

While we are not a recruiter or staffing organization, our firm has three specific avenues of business: Individual career transition, Outplacement, and Talent Matching.
